Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Whitewood, you will play a pivotal role in the entire renovation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to tailor renovation programs.
- Organizing price requests and negotiating building contracts.
- Overseeing the completion process and aftercare.
- Reporting progress to the MD Logistics and working closely with the asset management team.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics or light-industrial building projects.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of installation or energy technology is an advantage.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Bachelor-level education.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with ideally some knowledge of French.
