Whitewood’s story begins in real estate, a sector we know intimately, having built deep experience in investment, development, and management. We saw the opportunity and responsibility to do more. To invest not just in buildings, but in the foundations of a better future.

Today, Whitewood is a full-spectrum investment firm focused on real assets. We can deploy capital into infrastructure, logistics, energy, and natural resources, always guided by the same principle: create real, measurable impact.

For us, that means leaving every asset we touch more valuable, more sustainable, and more meaningful than it was before. What started as a focused real estate operation has evolved into a broader mission, one that combines financial discipline with environmental responsibility, strategic growth with long-term care, and commercial ambition with societal value. Because true impact is cultivated, not claimed.

Headquartered in Brussels, with regional offices in Rotterdam and Antwerp, we cover the Belgian and Dutch markets and are soon opening a French department.
