Junior Developer

Whitewood is on the lookout for a junior to join its project development team. Within Whitewood, this team is responsible for managing the design team, introducing the building permit, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality standards. For this role, a presence of 3 days/week with the team in Brussels is required, as this is key for a valuable learning experience.

Your role:

  • Assist in the preparation of the project, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the coordination of the design team, both for the design stage as well as the building permit phase;
  • Assist in the management of the different stakeholders and administrations;
  • Support the team in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on project progress to update stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities with the project manager and senior development team members, ensuring a valuable experience and learning opportunity.

Your profile:

  • Masters in Architecture or Engineering (or related fields)
  • Strong interest in design and construction management, project planning, and financial feasibilities
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch, and English.
