Your role:
- Support a Senior Technical Project Manager on large-scale transformation projects.
- Assist in the preparation and planning phases of projects, including defining timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the technical execution of real estate and construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and address technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Your profile:
- A technical degree or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction sector, approximately 3-5 years.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in French, English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
- Experience with project management software is a plus (e.g., Gantt, MS Project, CAD).
- Experience as a site manager is considered a significant advantage.
