Multi is the first CO2 neutral office building in Brussels. An enormous amount of attention was paid to circularity, both inside the building and in the use of materials originating from other sites, such as the Jules Wabbes tiles in the general areas.
The air purification takes place in a safe way, keeping the air flows separated.
The public terrace on the third floor contributes to the liveliness of the city centre.
